Medical Assistance Statewide Preferred Drug List (PDL)

Pennsylvania PDL 07-07-2025 (current)
- PLEASE NOTE: Effective July 7, 2025, the following blood glucose meters and test strips will be preferred on the Statewide PDL:
  - Accu-Chek Guide and Accu-Check Guide Me meters.
  - Accu-Chek Guide test strips.
  - True Metrix, True Metrix Air, and Relion True Metrix Air meters.
  - True Metrix and Relion True Metrix test strips.
- All other blood glucose meters and test strips will be non-preferred on the Statewide PDL and will require prior authorization.
Pennsylvania PDL 01-05-2026 (effective January 5, 2026)
- PLEASE NOTE: This document reflects the approved recommendations from the DHS September 2025 P&T Committee meeting. The complete 2026 PDL will be posted prior to January 1, 2026.
